Try your skills in our Local Competitions at the Coolgardie Rodeo!

The Local Barrel Race and Local Steer Ride are both non-point scoring events and a great way for Goldfields locals to have a go on home turf. Locals are also welcome to register in official Australian Bushman’s Campdraft & Rodeo Association Ltd (ABCRA) point scoring events but you will need to visit the ABCRA website to do so.

To enter the local competitions, please do the following:

PRIOR TO THE EVENT

  1. Enter your details on the ABCRA iCompete website, including your age and category your wish to enter. (Local Barrel Race &/or Local Steer Ride)

  2. Download and complete the Event (Day) Membership and Waiver form below. You will need to bring this along on the day. If the participant is Under 18 years of age, please ensure the Parental Consent form is also completed. 

  3. Get your cowboy boots ready!

ON THE DAY

  1. Bring along your completed Event Membership & Waiver form to the registration tent.

  2. Pay your Day membership of $45 Adults / $25 Under 18s

  3. Pay your competition entry fee of $25 Adults / $10 Under 18s.
